Couldn’t see what was on the shelf so I asked if they had something and cashier with ginger hair said “no what we have is what we have” as I could see what they had

Citally typed wrong product code. I didn’t want or get coffee. She recoded for medium drink 500 points which is correct and what I wanted. Please refund erroneous 1500 points stolen today April 18, 2025. Gabriel co-worker is aware of issue. Same theft of 1500 points occurred April 3, 2025.

One of my most unpleasant experiences at 7-Eleven – when did they begin charging extra for toppings on food items? The employee at the front counter was rude when I inquired about the additional charges.
