I am beyond disgusted and appalled by what happened at this location. The individual working at the store displayed shocking hostility, blatant disrespect, and a complete lack of basic human decency. I am pregnant, and even after explaining this, he refused to allow us to wait inside for our Uber while it was actively snowing and freezing outside. Forcing a pregnant woman to stand in harsh winter conditions is not just unacceptable customer service it is heartless and inhumane. This level of cruelty and indifference toward a paying customer is outrageous. No one should ever be treated this way, especially someone in a vulnerable condition. 7-Eleven, this is a disgrace. Conduct like this severely damages your reputation and shows a complete failure in standards and oversight. Immediate and serious action is necessary. This cannot be ignored!!
