I wish I could give a 0 star review. I live nearby, only about a 5 minute walk away, and I visit this store frequently. Unfortunately, after going here so many times, I can confidently say this location has continued to get worse. Recently, I bought a medium Fanta from the fountain machine and it tasted completely wrong. It did not taste like Fanta at all, it had a strange pepper-like taste. I had to throw it away and get a bottled Fanta instead. I will include a picture because this is just one example of the ongoing issues with this store’s machines and maintenance. The prices at this location are absolutely outrageous. Everything feels overpriced compared to other stores, and it gives the impression that the focus is more on making money than providing customers with a good experience. The management needs to do a better job maintaining the store and caring about the people who come in regularly. The cleanliness is one of the biggest problems. The floors are often dirty, the bathrooms are poorly maintained, and the entire store feels like it is not being properly cleaned. For a place that sells food and drinks, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. The Slurpee machines are another major issue. The majority of them seem to never work properly. Some do not dispense anything, some do not pump the Slurpee correctly, and many are constantly unavailable. It is frustrating coming in expecting a working machine and finding out most of them are broken. The store also rarely has small cups available, which forces customers to buy a larger size even when they do not want one. It feels like a way to push customers into spending more money instead of simply keeping basic supplies stocked. The rewards system is also frustrating. There have been times where employees apply their own 7-Eleven code and then claim the machine is not working, resulting in customers not receiving their points. Whether intentional or not, this happens often enough that it feels unfair to customers. This location also does not stay open 24/7, which defeats the purpose of what a 7-Eleven is supposed to be. Many products feel outdated, some items do not even have prices listed, and the store often looks poorly managed. The customer service is another issue. Many workers seem uninterested, do not seem to care about helping customers, and are frequently on personal phone calls while working. It creates an atmosphere where customers feel ignored. Overall, this store feels neglected. I have given this location many chances because I live so close and visit often, but the constant issues with cleanliness, broken machines, high prices, poor service, and lack of management make this one of the worst 7-Eleven experiences I have had. This location seriously needs improvement.
