UPDATE RECIEVED A REPLY HERE FROM OWNER TELLING ME TO GO TO A LINK TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED. I TOLD YOU WHAT HAPPENED. NOW FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried loading cash to my online wallet TWICE. Last night clerk said she can't only manager's van do that. How absurd! You leave a young inexperienced girl to run the store ALONE in the evening but she can't be trusted to load cash to your app?! It is no different than accepting cssh for anything else! Dont put her in that position alone unable to perform ALL cashiering functions. She was kind and sweet. Just hobbled by yout policies!!! Then I was told to see the manager from 6am to 230pm. Even the manager couldn't load cash, her "number" didn't work?!. Such a waste of my time here. Ended up going to Geneseo anyway and that clerk was able to load wallet, no issues. Only needed to load so I could receive pricelock and wallet pay discounts (totalling added 13 cents/gallon x40 gal.) Do better Nunda 7E! Figure your payment acceptance procedures out! Make the technology work and train, then trust your people!!!!
