I had a really disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven. I was just trying to get myself a soda and While I was in the store, I saw another customer accidentally drop $20 on the floor. Instead of returning it or trying to get the person’s attention, the cashier picked it up and kept it. It was honestly shocking to watch and felt very dishonest. Like that was some crazy crap Situations like this seriously damage trust. Customers should feel confident that staff will act with basic integrity, especially in such a simple and clear situation. I hope management addresses this, because behavior like that reflects poorly on the entire store.
