guy called the police and said I was never allowed there again becayse he doesn't understand that when buying something ok n the 7-11 app, it doesn't show up on their devices, I tried to explain to him but he just started screaming I was syealing. He even said I was syealing because I was charged zero dollars, I told him.its because I get 7 free drinks per month because subscribe to gold status, he yelled that they don't do that, even though 7-11 does, and their slurpee machine even has a huge sticker on it advertising yhe free drinks. I even waited for the police who understood everything whichbis why I still kept my drink and they didn't atrest me. The guy still didn't Yu nderstand continuing to yell that I was a thief and never allowed there again. He needs to be fired, worst customer service experience ever. He doesnt belong anywhere near a job that that requires any sort of interaction with a customer.

A little store, has all the usual stuff and most of the time the cashier is grumpy. Lots of homeless hang around and most nights there is no hot food. Very little parking. Doesn't take any big bills! Not my favorite 7-Eleven.
