I should have checked the reviews before even walking into this place. I stopped into 7-Eleven to grab some wings. They already had a batch prepared, so I asked the cashier how long they had been sitting out. She replied, “I’m not sure, I just got here—maybe 15 minutes,” which told me she wasn’t certain how long they had actually been there. I asked if they could make me a fresh batch. She checked with the manager, and he agreed. However, while preparing the fresh wings, he placed them on the same parchment paper that had already been used for other food. I immediately changed my mind because that’s unsanitary and creates a risk of cross-contamination. When I pointed it out, the manager tried to explain that the paper had only been used for the food already made, but it had clearly been in contact with different foods. I explained again that reusing the paper for fresh food is unsanitary and can lead to cross-contamination. The cashier then became upset and said they were wasting food. I told her they weren’t wasting it—they could simply place the original wings back with the other prepared food on display since I had requested a fresh order. This experience was disappointing and raised concerns about food safety. Please be careful when purchasing prepared food anywhere, and don’t hesitate to speak up if you see food being handled in an unsanitary manner.

Placed a DoorDash pickup order, but the store claimed it was canceled when I arrived. DoorDash still shows it as “completed,” and I was charged anyway. Paid for items I never received. This feels like a well-orchestrated scam targeting customers. Serious concerns about how payments are handled here. Avoid this place unless you want to risk losing your money.

This is only the third 7-Eleven that I've been to in this entire country (I'm from NJ but have lived in other states before) telling me I'm not allowed to warm up food in the microwave unless it's from one of their stores. If this has always BEEN one of 7-Eleven's rules, it's seriously outdated now! For people who would still go here even after reading this, you've been warned. Please visit a different 7-Eleven location. I really think some of these employees especially at other such locations though look to find excuses to kick customers out and not help them at all! Do they deserve to keep their jobs then???
