During my visit, I attempted to redeem multiple rewards for my purchase of a hot dog and takito. The employee assisting me, whose name I unfortunately did not get, informed me that I could not redeem more than one reward for my purchase. When I suggested conducting separate transactions to accommodate the rewards, the employee responded disrespectfully, stating that i was "not the boss of him" and that I couldn't tell him what to do. This response was not only unhelpful but also humiliating, as it was said in front of other customers in the store. Furthermore, the employee told me I was not allowed to return to that specific location. I want to clarify that my intention was not to dictate his actions but to find a solution for redeeming my earned rewards. I have been a loyal customer and am deeply disappointed by this interaction. I request that this behavior be addressed and that I be allowed to redeem my rewards fairly and without further incident.

Very very rude worker or owner I’m not sure what he is but I was literally just warming up my food to start my day up and this old man started telling me me to not come to his shop anymore because it cost him money this is the first time a 711 has told me something like this I guess it’s because I didn’t buy anything from him just very annoying if he is a worker the owner should definitely fire him and if he is the owner he should change his attitude very disgusting attitude

Well managed 7-Eleven!! Coffee is always made, stocked and fresh! The employees are helpful and very friendly.
