7-Eleven is pretty near Storyville. Unfortunately, the staff is annoying as many guests mention. From the guests' viewpoint, the real drawback is average prices. 7-Eleven is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

This is one of the worst-run 7-Eleven locations I’ve ever encountered. Items here are being marked up by roughly 80% to 110%, and when I tried to return a purchase minutes later after realizing the overcharge, staff refused and falsely claimed the store has a “no returns” policy. That is not true. This location operates by overcharging customers and then stonewalling them when they push back. I reported this store to corporate and corporate gave me a refund over the phone and I strongly encourage others to do the same.

This 7-Eleven refuses returns.I tried to return something five minutes later after seeing how they are illegally jacking up their prices. I was told returns aren’t allowed, which isn’t accurate. I reported this location, and they are currently under investigation. This situation could have been resolved easily with a simple refund. call corporate number and report them
