1 Star This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a convenience store. I entered this 7-Eleven simply to purchase water while accompanied by my children. Instead of receiving basic courtesy, I was met by a cashier whose behavior was aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. What made the situation especially disturbing was that the employee openly used profanity and directed insults toward me in front of my children and other customers. Any business that allows employees to behave this way is failing its customers and creating an unacceptable environment for families. No parent should have to expose their children to this kind of conduct while making a routine purchase. The employee appeared unable or unwilling to maintain even the most basic standards of professionalism and self-control. Management should take this matter seriously and review how customers are being treated at this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store and will not be returning. If you value respectful customer service and a family-friendly environment, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
