It is nice to try great coffee. The nice staff at 7-Eleven can show how much they like their guests. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. This place offers you a great choice of dishes at affordable prices. But google users rated this spot and it didn't achieve a high rating.

I had a very disappointing experience at the 7-Eleven located at 2 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901 on May 20, 2026, around 2:30 AM. My son was sick, and I urgently needed to buy pain relief medication. This was the closest store available and it is supposed to be open 24 hours. However, when I arrived, the employee refused to let me enter the store. I felt embarrassed and unsupported, especially during an emergency situation involving my child. Customer service should be respectful and consistent for everyone, particularly at a business that advertises 24-hour availability. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously and that steps are taken to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Soda machine was 1/3 empty slots. Other slots put out overly watery mix. Slurpeee flavors mislabeled and/or not frozen. My expectations for a 7/11 are not high but this is the first time I had to leave without buying anything
