Customer service and employees always great. But too many teenagers steal from here which can ruin the experience for the ear of us

The counter guy was so rude. It wasnt busy in the store. I was cashing in some of my scratch and win. He just assumed the cards I wanted did not even ask. My husband enjoys going there to get gas. So I figured I would try it. But I was not pleased with the service. He also had his head set on, like most workers do talking on the phone on the job.

Wow. Given the feedback this 7-Eleven have received within the past few days, one would think they would clean things up. Nope. This is the filthiest place I have been to in Smithers, BC. Hoards of stuff lying around and the floors and counters are unbelievably sticky. I'm honestly shocked they are running the place in this state. Seriously, close the doors and clean things up. This place is a major health and safety hazard!
