All of the staff at this location are friendly and professional...except for one of the female employees who has a permanent scowl and look of disgust on her face. She acts completely bothered to provide even the most basic level of customer service (like just taking your payment), and that is when she is not downright ignoring you standing there waiting to pay. She is beyond rude and a complete embarrassment for this store. How can you continue to employ somebody like that? Thanks.

The staff here are incredibly absolutely terribly rude. I looked at two items; I returned one, and when I asked for it back again, the employee flatly refused to give it to me. To make matters worse, the manager of this establishment oversees an incredibly poor team of employees.
