Cashier David needs to be restrained in customer service. He is very rude, and flip mouthed.. If I didn't have respect for my elders, he would have gotten punched in the mouth. Never, is someone to tell a customer to be quiet.. That's very very rude, and disrespectful...

Would give less stars if I could. Ordered items on Uber Eats, and instead of canceling the order they replaced what I wanted with random junk and still charged me when I canceled the order. You’re better off lighting your money on fire, stay far away from here.

My experience today, Wednesday, 2/11/2026 by 8:30am It is not surprising that this 7-Eleven location (9500 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33150) has a two-star rating. The person who identified herself as the manager demonstrated very poor customer service skills. She did not communicate respectfully and seemed to lack basic customer relations training. Management staff should represent professionalism and courtesy. I hope the company provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with respect.
