Just all around terrible staff at this location that needs to be replaced. I don't even know what management is doing at this point.

One Star - Terrible Experience with Disrespectful Employee I went into this 7-Eleven just to grab two Cokes because I was thirsty. After picking up my drinks, I stood at the counter for about a minute or two while the employee, who was wearing an earphone and seemingly on the phone, continued stocking items and ignored me completely. Unsure if I was supposed to check out myself, I politely asked if the counter was self-serve. It was clear he saw me come in, saw me grab the items, and saw me standing at the counter waiting to pay. Eventually, he walked over to the register. As I began pulling out my cash and change to pay, he snatched the money I had already laid down and said, “Just give me the money,” with a rude attitude. I explained I wanted to use my change to avoid getting more change back, but he wasn’t listening. Instead, he began pulling change out of the register and handed it to me while saying, “Just keep your change,” again with attitude and clear irritation. I calmly told him that he didn’t need to snatch money from people—especially from a woman—and asked if he understood. Instead of acknowledging anything, he rolled his eyes and moved on to the next customer. What bothered me most was when I went back to try to get his name for this complaint, he boldly held his shirt forward to show me his name tag and told me his name—“Zealman” or something similar—with zero concern, like he knew there’d be no consequences for his behavior. Whether he was upset about working there, annoyed about being interrupted during a phone call, or just generally disrespectful, this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. He needs to be addressed about professionalism, basic respect, and common decency. Unfortunately, this location is right next to my apartment, but I’d rather go further for better service than return here. If you’re looking for good customer service—or even just a normal, respectful transaction—I do not recommend this location.
