Whenever I’m calling this location for anything, they’re always out of stock of it Last week or month before as well I called like do you guys have salt in stock they were like not and today I called saying Do you have black garbage bags and they are not again

Disgusting customer service from this lady except the other staff who were nice. I think I've been seeing reviews about a specific staff that I was talking about but I guess the store don't have the heart to address this. I use to look up on this store as one of the best branch but I cannot stand the rudeness of this lady. Not even a single star.

Come to this local 7-Eleven to experience the real Toronto Westside ambiance. I came in for the new Japanese-style egg salad sandwich and some booze. Something new I noticed is they now keep the alcohol under lock and key — you gotta ask somebody to grab it for you. Probably necessary since 7-Eleven isn’t exactly high-trust society like Japan around here. But hey, once you get past that, they’ve actually got a solid selection. I walked out with a Buzz Ball Canadian-style knock-off and some lemonade whiskey that hit the spot just right. The sandwich though? Nowhere near the Japan version. The filling was super light, zero umami punch, and the bread tasted like the free one they hand you at the hospital right before bad news. Honestly gave me the runs the second I got home. Solid 2/5 — I’d recommend it for the gimmick, not the taste. But the real entertainment is the live show. There was a homeless guy getting noticed and straight-up complimented by a local street woman. She gave him a big hug and told him how good he looked. Dude blushed like crazy. If I ever went homeless I’d probably camp at this exact 7-Eleven to find love too. There’s always something wild to see while you’re here. Last time a man dropped his hot dog on the floor, didn’t even pause, picked it up and ate it. Cashier offered a new one but he insisted “nah, I want the floor one.” I shot the person next to me the exact “ooh that’s nasty” face and we both cracked up. You won’t get this kind of cultural enrichment at any other convenience store in the area. 5/5 for vibes, 2/5 for the sandwich. I’ll be back.
