Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came to this 7-Eleven around 2:45–3:00 AM because it’s advertised as being open 24 hours. Before I could even get to the door, an employee told me they were closed. There were two employees inside, and instead of giving me an explanation or telling me when they would reopen, they just locked themselves inside and ignored me. A few minutes later, I could see they were still inside getting the store ready. If this location is supposed to be open 24/7, why are employees allowed to close it whenever they want and refuse service? I was extremely thirsty and only wanted to buy a drink. I wasted my time for nothing because an employee simply decided not to serve customers. This is disrespectful and unacceptable. If the store is not actually open 24 hours, then stop advertising it that way. Management needs to review the security cameras, investigate what happened, and make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

I would like to express my appreciation for 7-Eleven. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and conveniently organized. The staff members are friendly, professional, and provide excellent customer service. I am consistently greeted with courtesy and receive prompt assistance whenever needed. My experience at 7-Eleven has always been pleasant, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and convenience. Thank you for maintaining such a welcoming environment.
