Every time I try and order a big gulp Coke from this location over Uber or even the 7-Eleven app they somehow are always out of it. However, whenever I go in there 10 minutes later, the machine is working. I don’t know who is in charge of this location, but you should probably have a talking to with your employees about fulfilling orders from Uber and your own 7-Eleven app. Because they are routinely lying to customers and drivers.

Walked in to no greeting even though two employees at the front, not busy. Plus, one was on their phone. And no grace even for waiting for an Uber.

711 rewards don't work here at the pump or in-store. Wasexcited to use my fuel rewards. Really annoying. I'll go elsewhere
