Well the food was good, but…. Wine did not come when food was brought out , and when it finally made it was red we ordered white.45$ crab cake no side just a lump of crab. Waiter was new, when you pay Volt prices , yes this is in the same building you expect volt service. No desert offered. Waiter didn’t say thank you , and girl at the door was looking at here phone didn’t say thank you or bye. Largest window facing the street in dining area was filthy,I have eaten at every restaurant in Frederick and money is no issue buy you guys need to get your act together or you won’t last. You have lost me and my friends for sure

The tables for 2 are tightly packed and too small. The service was inconsistent and we were told we could only place an order once we knew all food items from apps to dessert because the chef "prefers it that way". They ran out of the steak a full hour before close with nothing comparable to replace it. The oysters were completely flavorless, tiny and the so called blackberry sauce was flat at best. The pork belly lollipops were tough and seemed more like eating a hunk of pork chop. Almost as if they were reheated. Very disappointing especially since it was a birthday celebration. Do not waste your money here! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70

I made reservations weeks in advance for my fiancée's birthday. We had 7pm reservations on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, although we arrived on time, we weren't taken to our table till around 7:25. Once at our table, we were greeted quickly by a friendly server who took our drink orders. We ordered a beer, which was served in a can, and was not cold. We tried several appetizers, the pork belly buns, the crab dip, and the hush puppies. The crab dip and pork buns were tasty, but the hush puppies were not good at all, they were chewy and tasted like nothing. The menu is eclectic, so it's hard to describe what type of cuisine they are going for. We went with several of the handheld options, the Frederick style cheesesteak, the pastrami sandwich, and the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Sadly the highlight of all these dishes were the handout fries. All the sandwiches were dry, they were in desperate need of sauces. The cheesesteak was supposed to have some type of horseradish sauce, but couldn't find or taste it. The chicken sandwich just tasted of fried cornmeal. For dessert we had the mini cheesecakes, which were light and delicious. Atmosphere and service wise, it feels like 7th Sister is trying to figure out what they are. The building itself is beautiful, but the main dining room was very loud, our server had to move around our table to hear our orders. I don't know that I would recommend 7th Sister just yet. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
