it's located in the food court of the dragon mall. quite a busy shop. i was here looking for a quick lunch so this shop was perfect for me. it got some choices of set which was easy and it came with a can of soft drink. i picked the si-chun style spicy chicken set, with a can of coke. the chicken was sour and spicy, good to go with the rice. it was quite a big portion and with many cucumber at the bottom, so it's meat-vege balanced. reasonably priced too. think it's a good place to eat-in for lunch or takeaway for dinner. although i don't know why it's called 89, is it because of the shop number?
