Walking near Shimokitazawa, visit this cafe. If hungry, come here for tasty tiramisu. Coffee that you can order is good.
Many people note that the staff is cute at this place. Enjoyable service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of 8jours. Prices here are reported to be adequate. The atmosphere is dull, as visitors see it. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Staff was really rude. It's rare to see such a poorly rated place in Japan but it seems like all the other reviews agree.

Small cafe that specializes in milk tea! This cafe is the most hard core in terms of fighting the COVID pandemic that I’ve run into in Tokyo. 1. You must order and pay OUTSIDE of the restaurant 2. Upon entering: wash your hands immediately 3. You are given a time limit: drinks only 40mins. Food +drinks only 1 hour. Unlike other cafes, they’re serious. I was given a memo with my time when I needed to leave. 4. No talking in the cafe. Aside from eating mask-up! I don’t mind these precautions at all. I felt like 8jours was taking it’s staff’s safety and the patrons safety into consideration. Yes, it’s not a chill out spot but it was always crowded before anyways. Food: chai tea and cake with bananas were plain and not sweetened. Simple and tasty Price: ¥1450 for cake and chai tea
