The pizza was good but honestly the only good staff member there was Naeem He was respectful, helpful, and actually cared about customers The service was really slow overall and if it wasn’t for Naeem this honestly would’ve been one of the worst experiences. Also the bathrooms were disgusting and seriously need proper cleaning and maintenance The restaurant really needs to work on both the service and cleanliness Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 140–160 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

How to lose your customers and shut down in 60 days. We ordered 2 pizzas. The first mushroom pizza came with barely any mushrooms, and when we made a remark about it, the second pepperoni pizza came with a thousand pieces of pepperoni. The chef is clearly clueless about the distortion that the pepperoni taste does to the rest of the pizza. We ended up with a pepperoni pie on bit of dough at the bottom. Not eatable. This is not a pizza. What a shame. We didn’t even finish the pizzas !! Never again. To make matters even worse, I got a reply to my post from “management” to reach out to them to “fix” the problem, so I did. They replied by; “how can we help you?” I replied: You asked me to reach out to you.” Till today no response. Makes you wonder. To make matters worst, the manager contacted me and asked me to what’s up him before I come again so that he can “rectify” the matter. Sure enough. I came back this past Tuesday. I sent him a message that I was coming, as expected, total silence. No worries. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. They pizzas came. 20 minutes later, the wings never showed up. When we inquired about them, the said “he forgot to tell the cook to prepare them” There were a total of 3 tables in the restaurant, a valid reason for screwing up our dining experience, again. To prepare the wings, it would take another 10 minutes, on top of the 20 minutes of waiting. By then, were feeling full and annoyed. The wings that arrived 30 minutes after taking the order were just sitting there, sad and getting cold. Thank you 911 pizza ! Great job. Never, never, again.
