What a nice surprise to land at 98 Center Moab! Big shoutout to our awesome tour guide, Jake, at Desert Highlights expedition company for recommending this restaurant. The pork banh mi was soooo good. We opted for the side salad instead of kettle chips and it was the best side salad ever! It was made with so much love - fresh greens, arugula, watermelon radish, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and delicious and creative house made dressings. The Thai chili dressing was really unique and went really well with the banh mi too. The cup of pho broth was also nourishing. After backpacking and hiking and eating poorly all week, we felt so nourished leaving 98 Center Moab for lunch. Oh! And the mocktails and cocktails were so interesting and clearly thoughtful! All around you can tell this place puts a lot of love and thought into their food. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

Incredible staff! The host/servers (and the kitchen!) were lovely, funny, and crazy fast. My server volunteered to make the limeade less sweet for me after I asked how sweet it was and got me my pho in under ten minutes. I had the vegan pho, and while the tofu was DELICIOUS (marinated wonderfully!) and the noodles had a great texture, I found the broth itself too salty and oily for my tastes. Great people, good drinks, decent food. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Hip little spot with some delicious fusion food. This place has good service and a great drink selection. I would recommend the bon mi. The devil eggs were good. There's a nice vegan and vegetarian options. I would come here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
