After several visits to Datong District, I couldn't find the Jiafu Shortcake. Today I happened to pass by a bakery selling it at a branch in Zhonghe. I immediately bought one and tried it. The texture is dense and solid, very close to Jiafu, and the price is only $180. I like it very much.
