Very good experience at the first artery of Bologna A Casa Mia Bistrot. The place is very particular and with attention to detail, 60s style, with furniture probably recovered and refurbished, with mixed chairs with wicker seats and designer ones. With walls of a full-bodied red. The clean and tidy counter, wood colour. Having taken a seat at the table we also noticed the mis en place. Faux leather tablecloths with vinyl plate rest base. We took a seafood platter, two salmon tartare, baked potatoes and dip. What can I say, a bounty of flavors from the appetizer to the side dish! Superlative! From smoked swordfish to tuna to salmon tartare on a bed of seasoned fennel. All very good. Definitely worth repeating this experience!
