We found the place very easily. The landlady Luigina welcomes us at the entrance as is done with guests who are "relatives-friends". He reserves us a sheltered table but worthy of being defined as elegant and familiar. We were at "casa noscia"!!! He serves us fantastic appetizers right in the beautiful unique Salento taste. Courgettes, aubergines, beets, simple and stuffed pittula pizzaiola style. Homemade bread. Rosé or red wine at will. Broad beans and chicory next: fantastically wonderful. Then "ciceri e tria", stuffed aubergines and subsequent meatballs with sauce, meatloaf, "nosci" rolls! Fruit, pasticciotto and tarts with grape jam. All abundant (explosive) and as if it were cooked by my mother for only 30 euros per person. Salento within reach of the family table. Excellent!!! Unique, spectacular and sometimes magical. A unique experience embellished by two angels. Although we had booked our table we were given two others who had not shown up the day before, but despite this inconvenience the owner wanted to solve it by taking a table from inside the house that they needed for the service, but the two angels, hearing everything, decided good to welcome us to their table and so we dined at a table with strangers in the home of a local person, spending a wonderful evening in the pure essence of a home restaurant. Don't forget that all the dishes served are spectacular. Local products of very good quality. Relaxing, sometimes romantic atmosphere.
