The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a shabby chic French style decor that is well-crafted and detailed. The food is excellent, with a menu featuring classic Monferrato dishes and a wide selection of wines, including champagne. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the owners know how to make their guests feel welcome. The Grignolino vintage 2020 from the nearby Castello di Uviglie was particularly noteworthy. The prices are reasonable and the quality/price ratio is very good. Dogs are also welcome in the restaurant. Overall, Ristorante & Champagnerie A Casa Di Babette is an excellent dining experience, offering delicious regional cuisine and a great selection of champagne. Highly recommended!

Really nice and typical atmosphere. We stayed overnight with breakfast. Rooms that could definitely be improved, from the comfort and noise of the beds to the bathrooms. Breakfast reduced to a minimum. Very kind staff. The structure has considerable potential that must be expressed to the fullest. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
