We went here for dinner last September. The food was okay, but I have never experienced service like this. The waiter always seemed annoyed. After asking for a carafe of table water / still water to go with the wine (which was also on all the other tables), we were simply given the half-full carafe from the neighboring table from which the guests had just left. We have never seen anything like this! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
