Yesterday we spent 40 days, this is a great grief for our family, we lost a loved one! Due to some circumstances, we chose the “A-star” restaurant; people from all over Kazakhstan came to this event; of course, the attitude and service left much to be desired. 1. The service is disgusting, the waiters sleep on the go, we did all the work ourselves. 2. The attitude itself, the management of the restaurant are all angry, nervous and ill-mannered people. 3. Tea!!! This is a separate topic, they brought expensive Pakistani tea, 2 packages of milk, what did you get in the end!? Cold, old tea without milk, in one word “SHIP”, the color is disgusting, it’s no secret what color Pakistani tea gives, shame!!! 4. Beshparmak was very tasty, no words, but there was not enough dough. There were still moments that we will not talk about, let it be on their conscience!!!! In general, we will not be poorer, but we wanted everything to be humane, tasty and beautiful! There was an unpleasant aftertaste in my soul, people like you don’t understand that this is not how things are done at such events, life is a boomerang. Considering that in this situation we are clients, if I were you, I would, on the contrary, do everything possible to ensure that people remain happy and return.
