Dear M O, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations. As our bar is quite small and reservations are scheduled throughout the evening, we sometimes need to limit the length of stay for walk-in guests when the bar is busy. In addition, during peak hours we take the last order about 30 minutes before the end of the seating time to allow enough time for preparation and service, as cocktails may take longer when the bar is crowded. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated when you were seated. We also regret that the cocktails did not meet your expectations.
