ABC Cooking Studio

ABC Cooking Studio, situated on Zhongcheng Road near the Mingde metro station in Taipei, is a unique establishment focused on desserts. This venue doubles as both a cooking studio and restaurant, offering lessons in creating sweets and occasionally salty dishes. Guests can enjoy a hands-on experience with all ingredients prepared beforehand, providing an opportunity to learn more about each component and its potential uses in various recipes.

Originating from Tokyo, ABC Cooking Studio occasionally incorporates Tokyo-style sweets into their curriculum and sometimes runs special campaigns, such as themed events around Valentine's Day. While feedback available online paints a picture of engaging and informative sessions led by amiable instructors, it's worth noting that these reviews are more than a decade old. Additionally, despite being on Yelp, ABC Cooking Studio maintains only a minimal presence on popular restaurant directories, which could suggest limited current information. However, credit card payments are accepted, facilitating a convenient experience for visitors interested in expanding their culinary skills.
