Abell was more of a bar that served ramen, rather than a ramen joint. It was located on the second floor. We came here for dinner and it was pretty quiet except for a table of two other customers. As Abell was a bar, smoking was allowed and customers chained smoked away which was a bother for my group of non smokers. The ramen at Abell was good though. We had the lemon ramen and shoyu chashu ramen. The lemon ramen was refeshing! I came here in July which was smacked in the hot summer. It had a clean and light taste which made my dinner felt less guilty. The shoyu chashu ramen, on the other hand, was a heavy weight with generous portions of meat. The shoyu broth lacked depth.
