I had some sweets at AC Kitchen, a lounge and restaurant at AC Hotel by Marriott Tokyo Ginza. AC Kitchen is connected to the lobby lounge and has sofa seats, table seats, bar counter, and terrace seats. In front of the terrace seats, we were guided to a table facing a large glass window. What I ordered was AC Tiramisu Earl Grey is. AC Tiramisu This is the hotel's original tiramisu. What surprised me when it came out was the visuals. It looks like a flowerpot with grass and a water tray. First, a flowerpot. The leaves are real mint. It's edible but bitter. The soil part has a crunchy chocolate crunch. This tiramisu has layers of espresso-flavored biscotti, mascarpone cream, and custard cream. The relaxing mascarpone cream is rich and the espresso is delicious with a gentle bitterness. The water tray has coffee jelly and vanilla ice cream. The crushed coffee jelly has a bitter taste and sweet vanilla ice cream, giving it a well-balanced taste. Earl Grey Earl Gray tea is served in a pot. It looked like a small pot, but it held about 3 cups, and there were no tea leaves inside. It has a strong citrus aroma and a refreshing taste.
