It's been YEARS since I had Rumpa back in the old Surla Street area. The branch here is much better, though. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was not the Rumpa I remember from way back. This Rumpa has the worst tasting food and a really bad service. My family of 5 were the only customer that time and I guess it is because of nobody really want to visit this restaurant due to bad experience.
