Store was very busy at 3 in the afternoon. There seems to be a limited number of cashiers. However, I'm presently standing in a line 14 deep waiting to check out at Burlington!!!! Sign of the times!

I’ll only come here as a last resort. Pros: - Location - A few good employees (mostly during the day) - Pokémon machine (if that’s your thing) Cons: - Prices are highest in the area, meats in particular are way overpriced and low quality - Store always smells like weed - Few or zero lanes open coupled with a terrible self checkout system, which is congested and inconsistently staffed - You’ll be treated like a prisoner: gates at both entrances, gate at self checkout that requires a receipt scan to activate, 2 gates at the service desk, I saw laundry detergent is now locked up, and if you need to buy a paper bag at self-checkout, they’re also kept on the opposite side of the receipt activated security gate. What’s next, a cavity search in the vestibule? I suppose some of these issues are a result of theft. However, the way it’s handled and other issues fall entirely on Acme management. I’ll drive an extra 5 minutes to a different grocery store, plenty in the area, and save 10 minutes of hassle versus shopping here.

After a long day driving and finding out our hotel was a horrible place, I went to ACME markets and got us dinner and some wonderful desserts. It was my first time there and they hade everything we needed to make up for our horrible hotel.
