For anyone visiting Ise who appreciates a good cocktail, this is a must visit place for you. We walked past this beautifully designed and welcoming bar a few times knowing we had to go there. And it didn’t disappoint. The owner/bartender is engaging, talented and clearly passionate about his craft. We ordered two Negronis, which were among the best I’ve ever had worldwide. Watching him mix up these drinks was like watching poetry in movement. Sadly, we didn’t have a chance to eat here but I understand it is excellent. Oh, and the music he plays is awesome!!
