My friends were in town and asked me dinner. I walked in and although seats were available they did not seat me right away. I was offered a spot at the bar. The other choice is to sign up for a table and wait to get called. I signed up and once my friends showed up we sat at the booth. Samantha was working the bar. She checked everyone's ID and got out drinks. She was friendly and professional. She gave us the menu and checked on us until we were ready order. She took our order and off she went. It didn't take long before our dinner came out. I have to point out it's was less than 15 minutes. My friends shared the MARGHERITA pizza and they enjoyed it. I ordered the BROADWAY BURGER. It was good but I didn't like the cheese. They burger was great! It's not spicy you can't eat it but enough to enjoy. Throughout the meal Samantha was on target keeping up with the drinks and our meal. A good sit down place for a good meal. It's a little pricey but it's nice to spoil yourself. Ask for Samantha if you end up going. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: One can find a vegetarian option here. There's a large variety of dishes on the menu. Dietary restrictions: If you let then them know what restrictions you have I am sure they can accommodate you.

We were greeted at the door and decided to sit at the bar. Samantha was the bartender. Very personable and made a great Bloody Mary. We both ordered salads and found them to be fresh and tasty. We enjoyed lunch so much we made a reservation for 6 for the next evening. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We tried AJ’s Restaurant at Opry Mills and had a really good experience overall. From the start, the hostess stood out. She opened the door, welcomed us in, and made it feel warm and inviting right away. The food was solid. * The fries were really good * The burger is massive and the bun holds up well * The appetizer was great, especially the hummus * The French Dip wasn’t my favorite, but the bread was good quality. The meat could be a bit better, but that comes down to preference Service was good overall. Our waiter seemed to get a little distracted toward the end, but it wasn’t a big deal. The hostess even came by to check on us, which didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, a good spot to stop if you’re at Opry Mills. Good food, welcoming atmosphere, and a strong first impression.
