The food are Amazing, very delicious and the portions are generous. They always maintain they food quality above standard. With the new plating make it more interesting. Best Spanish food in Bali with reasonable price and beautiful atmosphere. We have been traveling around the island for 2 weeks now and this is not at all the best place, as they say. This place had a delicious steak, but the price was too high! For a piece of meat, a regular salad, a few pieces of potatoes... we even had dinner in Nusa Dua much cheaper and tastier. I didn’t ask for juice with half a glass of ice in the evening, when it was no longer hot. My husband's pasta had no shrimp at all. Spectacular. Very very good. The cherry on top of a beautiful stay. The Akua in Bilbao is not a restaurant that serves apparently Spanish dishes, no. It is a Spanish restaurant in Bali. The sangria, the wine, the croquettes, the chorizo, the piquillo, the albondigas, the paellas of various types and even the final carajillo, were a delight. The guys and girls at the place, although they don't speak Spanish, make you feel like you're in a good restaurant near the beach in Spain. Total recommendation. For us it is the top 5 restaurants outside of Spain. We have enjoyed it very much and we thank the entire team. If we return to Bali, we will return to Akua de Bilbao for sure.
