The food was so good. But the cleanliness is digusting. The glass and The cutlery are so dirty, the tables sooo dusty, The floor aslo extremely dirty. Take a way boxes everywhere. We asked for hot water it took 20 minute to come , and the server just playing phone and sitting down. In that time he can do something, cleaning or whatever not just sit and play your phone while at work. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Two bad experiences at Al Maas. Went to the shop once and the service staff were unfriendly and had bad attitude. Ordered a butter chicken today through pick me food and it had a chicken feather. Will not recommend to anyone because of the bad hygiene. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000

I had high expectations before visiting AL-MAAS Restaurant, but unfortunately, the whole experience was very disappointing. To start with, the food was not worth the price at all. The portions were small, the taste was bland, and nothing felt fresh or flavorful. We tried a few different dishes, hoping at least one would be good, but sadly, everything was below average. Even the drinks were a letdown. They tasted watered down and had no real quality definitely not what you expect when you’re paying restaurant prices. For what we spent, we expected decent food and drinks, but it honestly felt like a waste of money. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. From the moment we walked in, they looked at us like we were a burden. No smiles, no proper greetings, and no effort to make us feel welcome. It felt very uncomfortable, like we were not supposed to be there. They served the food without saying a word and didn’t bother checking if everything was okay during the meal. It’s one thing to have bad food, but when the service is also cold and unwelcoming, it completely ruins the experience. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend AL-MAAS Restaurant to anyone. There are many other places where you can get much better food, service, and value for your money. Definitely won’t be coming back.
