I frequently visit their branch at Avenues Mall, and my orders are usually for takeaway. On most occasions, I do not verify the contents of the order upon collection. Unfortunately, I have encountered a couple of negative experiences where certain items were missing from my order, which has been quite disappointing. This also reflects a lack of attentiveness and coordination among the staff, which is not acceptable. Notably, this issue has occurred during my last three visits. I kindly request that the management address this matter and ensure that staff members thoroughly verify each order before handing it over to customers. Other than the above concern, I have no issues regarding the quality of their products or services. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: KWD 5–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I have tried AlBaik before in Saudi Arabia, and the taste here is exactly the same! It is totally different from any other fried chicken you've had. It's a must-try. While the flavor profile might not be for everyone, my family absolutely loves it for an occasional treat. Make sure to try it hot and fresh—it’s much softer and more flavorful that way!
