I recently visited Al Baik in Riyadh. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the dining area needs improvement. Many tables were occupied with leftover food waste and were not cleaned promptly, which affected the overall dining experience. I also noticed a significant difference compared to Al Baik branches in Jeddah and Riyadh. In Jeddah, when choosing dine-in, complimentary bread and sauces are usually provided, whereas in Riyadh they are charged separately. Additionally, the chicken pieces seemed noticeably smaller than what I have received at Jeddah branches. While the food quality was still good, I believe improving table cleaning and maintaining consistency in portions and dine-in service across branches would greatly enhance the customer experience.
