Very poor service and management. There are three order-taking counters, but only one is actually operating, resulting in a very long queue and unnecessary waiting time. There seems to be no proper management or coordination. With three counters available, they should have enough staff to handle the customers efficiently. Overall, a disappointing experience with poor service. Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Poor and slow service waiting between 880 (17:57) to 911 (18:29) was approx. +30 min. Few employees with issue in front row. The supply line from cooking and kitchen was ok but the front line service was pathetic. Seems like this branch of albaik is either most neglected or need to add few good resources. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
