By far the worst restaurant we’ve ever been in Japan :( . Worst pasta, gnocchi and bruschetta (I dont know how someone can do everything they cook this bad) I’ve ever had in my life. Waiters were good. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Bait and switch. I think the japanese call this bottakuri. The menu outside shows pasta dishes for 1000 yen so you think yeah great this is a deal. But the inside menu shows that price as a small appetizer sized dish. There is also a seating charge in very small print of 230 yen. For that you get 3 olives and a couple pieces of lettuce. They also have a 1 drink minimum. I would not have known since we both ordered drinks, but they wanted my child to order a drink. Overall the food was good service was ok. The long table they seated us at was cramped. I wonder if the small bottakuri is because the owner is Sakura trying to go straight. Just kidding. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000

The first night in Tokyo, every single restaurant was booked. We were so happy to be invited to Albergo. We ordered wine, prosciutto, broccoli, eggplant, sardre in saor, octopus, fusilli, and deserts were also fantastic! The prices are very good! Thanks a lot! The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly.
