I ordered scone, ham+apple sandwich, and americano. Scone was dry, sandwich was good except the bread is too thin for my personal preference, and americano is solid. Service wasn't good nor bad, quite neutral. I imagine they have so many people visiting its hard to stay positive constantly. I'd come here to work again as there's ample seating and strong Wifi. Probably the biggest coffee shop I've ever been to. It's 4 stories with ample seating, yet somehow it was almost completely full when I went on Sunday afternoon. Wifi is slow, wouldn't recommend doing any work that requires fast internet Coffee's fine

The food is really good! Loved their cinnamon roll coupled with their milk tea! The long wooden tables and high ceilings give the place a really nice vibe. Highly recommend!
