Hard one to give 5 stars, despite being advertised as “newly refurbished” the hostel itself is full of clutter everywhere. The beds are clean and comfortable no problems there but the real poor issue is the lack of staff availability. Really struggled to find anybody working there whenever something was needed. Service: 3

That’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide.As our team is on-site daily from 10 AM to 7 PM, but we understand that may not have been clear.Thanks to your comment, we’ll be adding an emergency contact number at the counter so guests can reach us outside of those hours.
