Going down to Sicily (province of Catania) and not going to Riposto to eat the granita from Carmelo's A' Matticana is like going to Rome and not visiting St. Peter's. My favorite granitas are the fruit ones (strictly seasonal). You taste cantaloupe and have the sensation of eating melon. The same goes for all the other fruit ones. Try the mango, peach, fig and mulberry ones. Food: 5 Service: 5
