On that day, the bar experienced an unexpectedly high number of guests and a large volume of orders, which unfortunately caused delays. The waiter tried to inform customers about the expected waiting time to keep everyone aware and give the option to decide accordingly. We truly appreciate your patience and feedback, as it helps us improve the customer experience moving forward. Despite the inconvenience, we hope you enjoyed our delicious pizzas!
