It's poor customer service when you wait in line for 10 mins to get diesel only to get to the pump to discover they are out of diesel. This has happened numerous times. They do put yellow flags on the pump nozzle, but you can't see them when you are 4 cars back, and they still advertise diesel price on the digital signs out the front. How about some consideration for your customers and take 2 mins to put a sign on the bowser that can actually be seen 4 cars back! Some staff are friendly, others don't even respond when you say hi.
