I'm from USA. I've lived in Philippines 5 years. I've lived in NAGA City 3 years. Arabica does a great job of providing middle eastern cuisine and close to authentic dining experience. The ambiance is pleasent; the food is prepared with mostly imported ingredients. We've dined there numerous times and seldom are we told that an item on the menu is 'not available', which is a big + for me. The wait staff are atentative but don't hover. The background music is mostly middle eastern; often there is live entertainment. Sound levels are tolerable for this western culture guy! The best part is the prices; we can enjoy ourselves there without breaking our budget !
