I am usually pretty skeptical for restaurants being let down for the lack of quality and freshness, Arc butcher restored my hope. I can taste the passion and admire the precision put into the dishes, absolute robust flavors, freshness, and quality, I'm pretty sure the corn tortillas are even fresh made there.
